Values
The well-being and competence of the staff …
…plays a big role in the company’s operations. In a low-hierarchy organisation, all kinds of issues can be discussed openly, which increases comfort and the team spirit.
Cooperativeness…
…is something for which we receive praise from customers in almost all contracts. We want to meet the customer’s expectations by cooperating fairly and openly. Cooperation with our partners is also very important. Well-functioning cooperation creates continuity for the partnerships.
Reasonableness…
…in doing the work cannot be overemphasised. The aim is to get the work done well in one go, taking quality, safety and environmental issues into account. Work done sensibly is profitable both financially and in terms of timetables.
Development…
…is important for continuity. We are constantly developing new solutions for the implementation of work with our partners.
Environment
It is important for us to act responsibly, putting the well-being of the environment first. In accordance with our environmental policy, we are committed to constantly improving our operations, taking into account the latest environmental requirements and laws. We want to leave a clean environment and a healthy planet for future generations as well.
Recycling…
…is financially profitable and is the responsibility of everyone. Unsorted mixed waste is a burden on both the environment and the wallet. The largest types of waste that we recycle on the worksite are steel, wood and concrete.
Prevention of material waste…
…is done by favouring reusable material and by mapping alternative, reusable solutions, for example in scaffolding. Any leftover material from the construction site is stored properly so that it can be used on the next construction site.
Reducing emissions
We prefer green energy both on our construction sites and in our office work. Travelling to construction sites is done with carpooling, and emission classifications are taken into account when purchasing new equipment.
Increasing environmental awareness…
…is an important part of our environmental policy. The office staff makes sure that everyone working on the site is aware of the applicable environmental requirements and the latest legislation. This is not only limited to our own company; we also want to encourage our partners to act more responsibly from an environmental point of view.
